I have been trying my best to not complain and burst out in anger at some of the technical issues on my show, but this time I’m done. I have never had to deal with so many internet problems until this last time I moved and have had to deal with this one company inparticular.

SuddenLink internet is one of the only decent internet companies available for my studio, and they have the absolute worst service of any internet company I’ve dealt with.

Back when I was broadcasting in Denton, I never had to deal with any kinds of internet trouble my shows were seamless and if you go back in the archives you’ll see what I mean. I’ve always lived in the Dallas area and now since I’ve moved back further south into town, I’ve been with this suddenlink cable internet, which first off, there is no excuse why it is only my building and a few others that don’t have fiber internet installed.

I have called the other provider that has been “installing” the fiber lines and they keep saying that it’s under construction and is only a few weeks away. Well, they’ve been saying that ever since I first moved into this place.

This has become a major problem for the show and is basically not permitting me to do a show based off whenever these morons decide to dig up lines again, or if they leave it exposed to the elements then they have to come back and fix it. To be honest with ya’ll, I didn’t renew the lease on this place and probably will be going somewhere else by the end of the year, mainly because of the internet issues. I have serious business online and it affects me!

Hopefully I can at least switchover to another cable internet provider before the next show so maybe it will be slightly better, however I can’t promise anything. Please bear with me, I’m trying to deal with this too!
