Former President Donald Trump while on tour with Bill O’Reilly last week promoted the vaccine to his audience and was booed once again for doing so. While some might think this would help Trump to learn more about the truth of the vaccine and the game he’s playing, it didn’t.
In an interview with Candace Owens, President Trump told her that “People aren’t dying when taking the vaccine” Trump in the interview expressed pride in the vaccine and operation Warp Speed saying: “I came up with a vaccine, three vaccines, all are very, very good.” Trump included the J&J vaccine which has been pulled off as an option for vaccination in many places because of it’s high risk of blood clots and other dangerous side effects.
Owens came back at Trump pointing out that more people died under COVID-19 this year than in 2020 even with most of the country getting the vaccine. Trump cut her off mid sentence to say: “Oh the vaccines work, but some people aren’t the ones. The ones who get very sick and go to the hospital are the one’s who don’t take the vaccine. But it’s still their choice.
During the interview Trump also seemed to play down the vaccine mandates as he has before claiming that if he was President nobody would need a mandate and would just take the jab. This flawed logic and playing games with the dangerous vaccines is losing Trump his base. This can be seen with every time he brings this topic up he gets booed.
