I have been telling all of you on my show for the past year that Trump’s greatest threat has been the very real possibility of election meddling.
DENVER (AP) — A divided Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday declared former President Donald Trump ineligible for the White House under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause and removed him from the state’s presidential primary ballot, setting up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race.
The decision from a court whose justices were all appointed by Democratic governors marks the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.
“A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,” the court wrote in its 4-3 decision.
Colorado’s highest court overturned a ruling from a district court judge who found that Trump incited an insurrection for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, but said he could not be barred from the ballot because it was unclear that the provision was intended to cover the presidency.
The court stayed its decision until Jan. 4, or until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the case. Colorado officials say the issue must be settled by Jan. 5, the deadline for the state to print its presidential primary ballots.

Ever since I started “Weekday Update” I began to really tell you all my true position on America and this so called “democracy” farce, which America has been so proud to lecture other countries such as Russia on for the past year.
At this point, America itself is a farce. Freedom is all fake, the elections are all fake, the culture, etc. All of it is one big charade.
Many have started to realise (thanks to their indiscriminate killing in Gaza) that Israel really is really pulling America’s strings. I hope that more will wake up to realise this, however, it’s sad to think that their is still such a large portion of the country that really doesn’t understand what’s going on here.
I really don’t even have faith that SCOTUS will take his side and allow him back on the ballot (my gut instinct says they will though, this entire case is really absurd to allow it to take precedent.) Even Trump’s own court nominees haven’t taken his side in landmark cases over the past several years.

At this point the best we can do is hope that the people who are rigging the elections in this country pick Trump to become president. That’s really all this is now is a choosing game, I really don’t know what will happen in 2024, and perhaps at this point it doesn’t even matter.
I don’t want to sound black pilled, but the country is in dire straits. I’m not sure if Trump can really fix it unless something miraculous happens.
